Key points of collocation of combustion engine and boiler

A fully automatic oil (gas) burning machine installed in a boiler, whether it still has the same good combustion performance, to a large extent depends on whether the aerodynamic characteristics of the two matches. Only a good matching can play the performance of the combustion engine, to ensure the stable combustion of the furnace, to achieve the expected thermal energy output, to obtain a good thermal efficiency of the boiler.


1、Matching of gas dynamic characteristics


A single type automatic burning machine is like a flame thrower, the flame sprayed into the furnace (combustion chamber), to achieve complete combustion and heat output in the furnace; combustion machine manufacturers of combustion products were completely is in the specific standard of the combustion chamber. Therefore, the conditions of the standard test as a combustion engine and the choice of the conditions of the boiler. These conditions are summed up:


(1)Power;


(2)Gas flow pressure in the furnace;


(3)Space size and geometry of the furnace (diameter and length)。


The so-called gas dynamic characteristics match, that is, to meet the three conditions of the degree.

3、Gas pressure in the furnace In an oil (gas) boiler, hot air flow from a combustion engine, through the furnace, heat exchanger, gas collector and chimney discharged to the atmosphere, form a fluid thermodynamic process. After the combustion of hot air flow, pressure head in the upstream of the flow in the channel, like the water in the river, potential difference (gap, head) swim down flow. Because the flow of furnace wall, the furnace channel, elbow, baffle, and gas chimney of Xiakou exist resistance (called flow resistance), will cause the loss of pressure. If the pressure head can not overcome the pressure loss along the flow can not be achieved. Therefore, the furnace must maintain a certain flue gas pressure, the combustion engine is said to be anti pressure on the boiler without air draft device, furnace pressure in the consideration of the pressure head loss must be higher than atmospheric pressure. 4、The influence of the size and geometry of the furnace In the case of boiler, the size of the furnace space, in the design of the first decision in the furnace of the heat load strength of the selection, according to its preliminary determination of the volume of the furnace After the furnace volume determined, should also determine its shape and size, the design principle is to make full use of the volume; to avoid the dead, there must be a reasonable flow to a certain depth, and to ensure that there is sufficient reaction time, make the fuel burn completely in the hearth, in other words, let the flame burning machine from sufficient residence time in the furnace although, because oil mist grain is very small (< 0.01mm), before the jet combustion engine has mixed gas ignition and began to burn, but not enough. If the residence time is too shallow, not enough will be incomplete combustion, exhaust CO light weight exceed the standard, the black smoke, the power is not up to the requirements. Therefore, in determining the hearth depth, should be in line with the flame length, for the central strile back should also increase the outlet diameter, ensure reflux gas volume.   The geometry of the furnace is mainly affected by the flow resistance and radiation uniformity of the airflow. A boiler to be repeated after the debugger can be a good match with the burning machine。
